When is Imagine 2020?

Where is Imagine 2020 being held?

As Imagine is now being delivered virtually, no physical venue is required, however should we move to Alert Level 3 we do encourage our partners, who have space available, to dedicate a room to the event for the day.

Why is Imagine 2020 being delivered virtually?

With COVID-19 affecting the ability to safely travel and gather in large groups, Westcon-Comstor made the decision to change Imagine 2020 to a virtual event.  Utilising CIsco Webex technology, this offers the opportunity for a great number of end-users and partners to attend safely from anywhere.  

 

Who should attend  Imagine 2020?

Technology focused corporate end users, resellers, vendors and media from within the New Zealand IT community.

Do I have to pay a registration fee to attend Imagine 2020?

For IT end users, resellers, vendors and media there is no charge to attend Imagine 2020. The event is brought to the New Zealand ICT community compliments of Westcon-Comstor and our event partners.

 

Once I have registered for Imagine 2020, what should I expect to receive prior to the event?

You will receive an email confirming your registration details.  Included in this email confirmation are links to add a calendar appointment to your diary.  You will also receive in a separate email, with login details for the loyalty program, and will have up to two weeks after the event to redeem your points.  Once you register for Imagine, you will automatically be registered for the loyalty program and be in to draw for prizes.

I have registered and can no longer attend Imagine 2020.

To cancel your registration, please send an email to imagine.nz@westcon.com with  the subject,  “Cancel Registration”.  Please include your name and company name in the body of your email.  We will cancel  your registration and send you an email confirming when this has been actioned.

I have registered but want to change the webinars I am attending.

No problem, simply re-register and your existing registration details will be over-written.  Please also email imagine.nz@westcon.com to say you have made an update.
